One of the best coffee shops in Sweden and the most popular by the Swedes themselves! I think why the Swedes prefer Espresso House: First, there are a lot in any city, let it be big or small! Secondly, the very coziness and comfort that lives in this institution. Everything is so in harmony with each other that you don't even find anything superfluous, unless the tables have been cleaned by the employees of Espresso House! Often I had to ask to clean the table, and sometimes they didn't wait and cleaned it themselves! But this is not a big minus against the background of many pluses!
The service is pleasant, but the order is in the form of a buffet. At least one dessert out of many was gluten free and I took an excelent ice coffee!
One of my favorite café spots in town, sometimes there's not a lot seats, however, take out is also available. There's usually friendly staff working. I definitely recommend this espresso house for those looking for a place to study
Not sure whether to catch the ferry to Denmark or drive further south and take the bridge and tunnel. To help make the decision, we needed a coffee and sustenance and came across the seaside Helsingborg Expresso House. Now we aren't big on chain coffee shops but we'd heard good things about this one and we weren't disappointed. Located on the waterfront with outdoor seating (for the brave at this time of year) however, inside is totally charming and a delightful place to sip your beverage and watch the world go by. Now not being fluent in Swedish, we were grateful that the waitress spoke very good English and easily took our order. She was also happy to use our Frank Green resuable cups. Along with two coffees and a chicken and mozzarella roll - we were set to choose our journey - the road with bridge and tunnel. The decor in this Expresso House was just charming and very endearing. Whether you wanted to sit at a nice window seat with a view or on stools at a bench - it worked for everyone. The decor was funky, someone homely / someone industrial. With flowers on the table - a nice touch. Staff were great, efficient and lovely smiles. Highly recommend.
Even though this is a franchise business, It has a really good athmosphere and vibe. Its also the place where i met my fiancce, so it will alwas be kind of special to me!
